New product: Coarsely Ground Tea Hand-Stretched Somen and Fushimen Noodles

For over a hundred years, Kobayashi Jin Seimen, founded in 1908 in Minamishimabara City, Nagasaki Prefecture, has been making noodles in Nagasaki and Shimabara. We have crafted handmade somen noodles by kneading in "Arabiki-cha," a popular product from Wakoen that won a 1-star award at the Great Taste 2021 in the UK.
